We want you to love your Abbsolut Home products. If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
You may return any item within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund of the product price.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot process refunds for items we do not receive.
Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 3-7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect items).
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
If you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will send the correct item at no charge and provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect item.
Orders can be cancelled before they ship. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must be returned following the return process above.
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or variant, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
